Who can attend a GoldenBites session?
Any senior in the community is welcome. Sessions are free, and there's no need to own a smartphone — volunteers can guide you through the Healthy 365 app on the day.
Do I need to sign up in advance?
Yes — signing up ahead of time through the Join Us page helps us plan seating and support. Walk-ins are welcome where space allows, but a spot isn't guaranteed.
Can I bring a family member or caregiver?
Absolutely. Family members and caregivers are welcome to join and take part in the session alongside participants.
What is the Healthy 365 app, and do I need to use it?
It's the meal-logging app seniors are guided through across the three sessions. Volunteers help with setup and logging each time, so no prior experience is needed.
How do I become a volunteer?
Sign up through the volunteer form on the Join Us page. No nutrition experience is required — a short briefing is provided before each session, and signing up for one session doesn't commit you to the others.
Is there a centre near me?
We're currently running sessions at Allkin @ Pasir Ris, with more centres planned. Check the Join Us page for the latest list of active centres.
